I could say so much… I would hate to upset the people this picture depicts. You know who you…last count 47% of America who don’t pay taxes.
And liberals preach FAIR SHARE.
Why do Conservatives always say “Taxes” when they mean “Income Taxes”? Nobody gets away without paying taxes. Homeless people begging change on the streets for booze pay taxes. The booze is taxed. Everyone who buys fuel is taxed. Taxes are unavoidable. So, why do Conservatives always say “Taxes” when they mean “Income taxes”? Is it because the income tax is the only means-tested tax in the country — the only tax that determines your ability to pay before taxing you — and therefore taxes the rich more than people without money?
For your information, the “Bottom” 80% of Americans have 15% of the money, yet pay about 30% of the taxes. And here I really mean “Taxes,” not “income taxes.” Add up all the taxes (especially the payroll taxes) and the “Bottom” 80% of Americans pay about TWICE their fair share. The top 1% have about 40% of the money and pay 22% of the taxes.
If you need it spelled out: The rich are not paying their fair share. If you’re not rich, you’re subsidizing the taxes of billionaires. You are taking money out of your pocket and giving it to Mitt Romney and, yes, even Obama (he’s a millionaire, even if nowhere near as rich as Romney).
Do you like paying Obama’s taxes for him? If not, stop voting Republican.
